We work with a limited number of developers and private owners. Every property we represent is selected by TK Estate, and we do not list at scale — an instruction is accepted only where the property stands among the best of its kind and where we are able to market it properly.

Alongside brokerage we advise on off-plan investment, working with a small group of developers whose delivery record we know. The scheme, the payment structure and the depth of the resale market are assessed before any project is put to a client.
